The documents can be sent in the following supports: DVD, CD, floppy disk of 3.5 or by electronic mail if it does not exceed 10 mega at preimpresion@formatos.net.

Recommended software: Freehand, Photoshop y Corel Draw.

It is preferable that the objects, curves and texts created in vectorial or text programs are not converted into bit map since they lose quality.

All the texts must be turned into curves or a folder must be added with the sources used.

The images (bit maps) must be kept in Tiff or Eps format to 120 dpi (minimum advisable) to real size, without alpha channels and in CMYK mode.

Enclose sketch in color to indicate measures and other details of the document.

If direct colors exist, the Pantone reference must be included or one must facilitate physical sample of color.
